Shipping Policy- Wholesale 

Order Processing

All wholesale orders are processed within 2–5 business days following payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

Baye London ships via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Shipping method is selected based on order size, destination, and delivery needs. (can you add these carriers as an option) 

Shipping Rates & Billing Options

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.

Wholesale orders over $750 are eligible for free standard shipping within the U.S.

Retailers are also welcome to provide their own shipping account (UPS, FedEx, etc.) for direct billing. Please include your account details at the time of order so we can bill shipping directly to your preferred carrier.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days (may vary due to customs)

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be provided via email.

International Shipping & Duties

For international orders, the retailer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Split Shipments

Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on inventory availability. You will be notified if this occurs.

Trunk Shows & Special Deliveries

For trunk shows or local partnerships, Baye London may offer coordinated delivery, in-person drop-off, or rep support when applicable. Please connect with your sales representative to coordinate timing and logistics.

Shipping Delays

Baye London is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at the time of order. Baye London is not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by the retailer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier
